I understood that my Late 2011 wasnt on Apples support list, so I dug a little deeper and found a great post that had a workable solution for my specific case: I ran a Win Install/Uninstall Fix it Solution that removed the corrupted BootCamp 4 and I was able to install BootCamp 6 via workaround.
